The digital product is considered “used” once it has been downloaded. All video purchases made on www.frenchwithclemence.com are therefore non-refundable and non- exchangeable.

My private lessons are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Group courses are divided into levels (A2, B1, B2…).

5.Private lessons are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. After this time, the course cannot be rescheduled. Group courses are also non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the group course, you will still have access to the Google Doc content.

Yes, there is a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 4.

Private lessons cost 65€/hour and group lessons 20€/hour.

Classes take place on Skype or Google Meet and are always accompanied by a Google Doc on which I take notes. This document allows us to centralize information and enables students to do their homework (writing task, grammar exercises, etc.) in one place.

I offer personalized one-to-one lessons, group lessons to encourage interaction and pre- recorded videos for flexible learning.
