These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the “GCS”) govern the contractual relationship between the user (hereinafter the “Customer”) and Clémence Brion, a qualified French teacher whose address is 1400 Rue de la Castelle – 34070 Montpellier, and whose SIREN number is 813968153 (hereinafter the “Teacher”). These conditions apply to all sales of video courses offered by the Teacher.
The courses offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible on the www.frenchwithclemence.com website. The teacher undertakes to provide quality content corresponding to the description on the site.
Course prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The teacher reserves the right to modify her prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
Customers place orders on the www.frenchwithclemence.com website by selecting the course(s) of their choice and completing the order form. The customer must provide all the information required to complete the order. Once the order has been validated, the customer receives a confirmation email with a summary of the order.
Payment for courses is made online by Paypal or by credit card via a secure system. The customer guarantees the teacher that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen when validating his/her order.
Once payment has been validated, the customer receives an email containing access to the videos ordered. The teacher undertakes to make the courses available as soon as possible after the payment has been validated.
The customer is informed that access to video courses is limited to one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the customer will no longer be able to access the courses.
In accordance with current legislation, the customer is hereby informed that, as the courses are digital products, once they have been downloaded or consulted online, they are considered to have been used and therefore cannot be reimbursed. Therefore, no right of withdrawal may be exercised after downloading or consulting the courses.
The courses offered for sale are protected by intellectual property laws. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, represent or exploit the courses sold by the teacher for purposes other than personal use, without the teacher’s prior written authorization.
The teacher undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the customer at the time of the order. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties without the customer’s prior consent.
L’enseignante reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, without prior notice. The conditions applicable to any order are those in force on the www.frenchwithclemence.com website on the date the order is placed by the customer.
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
By validating his/her order, the customer declares that he/she has read and accepted without reservation the present terms and conditions of sale.
